Hydraulic resistance is better than any weight or air resisted machine because only hydraulic resistance adjusts to your individual speed or force. The push/pull motion involves two entirely different muscle groups on each machine. You work every major muscle group in just 30 minutes!

A Simple Solution!
Circuit training is catching on fast! Members can alternate upper and lower body strength training exercises with aerobic recovery stations. With hydraulic resistance, you push forward and then pull back. There is no lowering of the weight. The elimination of the eccentric contraction does away with soreness and reduces injuries by 85%.
Music makes it fun! A cue tape will tell you to move each thirty seconds and to check you heart rate each seven and a half minutes. At the end of the half hour, you will have maintained your target heart rate, performed a minimum of three sets of strength training exercises on every major muscle group and burned up to seven hundred calories. It's the first strength training program that women are comfortable with. By increasing lean tissue the body increases the rate at which it burns calories.
